By using the Blue website or placing an order, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

✦ Customized Orders

All Blue products are made or customized according to the customer’s selected specifications.

Customers are responsible for reviewing all order details before confirming their purchase, including:

* Selected artwork or design.
* Fabric colors.
* Size.
* Names or custom text, where applicable.
* Any additional agreed specifications.

 

✦ Order Confirmation

An order is considered confirmed only after payment has been successfully completed or otherwise confirmed using the store’s approved payment method.

Blue reserves the right to contact the customer to verify order details before production begins.

 

✦ Order Modifications

Customers may request changes before production begins, subject to availability and approval.

Some modifications may affect pricing or production time.

Once production has started or materials have been prepared, modifications may no longer be possible.

 

✦ Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in the applicable currency shown at checkout.

Any additional charges, including shipping fees and applicable taxes, will be displayed before the order is completed.

 

✦ Handmade Products

As every product is handcrafted, slight variations in texture, color, brushstrokes, or other details are natural.

These variations are not considered defects as long as they do not affect the quality of the product or differ from the agreed specifications.

 

✦ Product Images & Colors

We make every effort to display our products and colors as accurately as possible.

However, slight differences may occur due to screen settings or photography lighting.

 

✦ Intellectual Property

All artworks, designs, illustrations, photographs, text, and other content displayed on the Blue website are owned by Blue or used with permission.

They may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, sold, or used without prior written consent.

✦ Order Refusal or Cancellation

Blue reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in exceptional circumstances, including but not limited to:

* Required materials are unavailable.
* An obvious pricing or product information error.
* The requested specifications cannot be fulfilled.
* Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized payment activity.

If an order is canceled by Blue before production begins, any amount paid by the customer will be refunded.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
